How Do We Do It?
No two companies are the same, every client has different needs and each vacancy we are asked to assist with is unique. As soon as we receive details of your vacancy we will put into place our seven step action plan.
- We will take a full brief of your vacancy and can assist with writing a job description and provide advice on market rate salaries. A consultant will then be assigned to handle your vacancy within an agreed time scale from start to finish.
- An initial search will be made of our extensive database and we will compile a short list of candidates who best match your requirements. If additional candidates are required we will advertise (with your permission and at no additional cost) the vacancy on our website and internet job boards and/or local publications.
- Each short listed candidate will then be interviewed, qualified and pre-screened by a consultant to establish their interest and suitability for your opportunity. In addition to necessary software/skills testing we can also test our candidates in primary skills - Verbal and Numerical Reasoning. Only when we are satisfied that we have the right candidates for you will we forward you their details
- We will arrange client / candidate interviews at dates and times suitable to you and confirm all details in writing. We will prepare our candidates for the interview and ensure that they are fully briefed on what will be expected of them and provide them will all necessary literature. If required we can also arrange for candidates to take psychometric tests.
- Following the interviews we will immediately contact our candidates for their feedback and will pass this information on to you. We will be able to provide assistance with qualifying and providing impartial dispassionate views on our candidates, assisting you in identifying your preferred candidate.
- You have found the perfect candidate and are ready to make an offer. Our knowledge of the market and our status as an intermediary can prove invaluable in the sensitive negotiating phase leading to acceptance of an offer. We will take into account your interests and those of our candidate and work towards a successful outcome for both parties. We will present the offer to the candidate, assist in contract negotiations, address issues relating to career progression and discuss mutually agreeable start dates. At this stage (if required) we will also take up references on your behalf.
- Once the offer has been accepted we don't just leave it there! We will act as liaison between both parties to anticipate and resolve any outstanding issues and ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible. We will maintain contact with you during the candidate's probationary period to check all is well - client feedback is very important to us as it is our best means of making sure we are 'getting it right'.
