Logistics Coordinator - Haverhill (Reference: 1663)

We are looking for a candidate with experience of working with Business Systems such as SAP or Oracle to join a Suffolk based, global pharmaceutical company as Logistics Coordinator.

Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, you will be responsible for carrying out all administrative activities relating to the receiving of orders from the customer services groups based in the Netherlands, UK and US, through to pick, pack and courier coordination.

This will involve:
Handling import / export documentation
Generating shipment tracking numbers
Investigating shipment delivery issues
Systems transactions
Reporting KPIs
Coordinating Inventory

As the successful candidate you will possess previous experience within a similar role along with experience in working within customs export regulations and procedures. You will possess excellent working knowledge of MRP business management systems such as SAP or Oracle along with experience of processing orders for a national and international customer base.

You will have excellent IT and keyboard skills and a confident professional communication manner.

Salary up to £24k plus benefits.

This role is offered on a temporary and permanent basis and will involve the following shift rotation.
Shift 1 - Mon - Thur 8.00-16.30, Fri 8.00-15.00
Shift 2 - Mon - Thur 9.00 -17.30, Fri 9.00 16.00
Shift 3 - Mon - Thur 11.30-20.00, Fri 11.00-18.00

Bid / Project Manager (Civils)

We are currently recruiting for experienced Bid / Project Manager join a London based consultancy specialising in providing quantity surveying support to clients within the construction and oil and gas industries.

As the successful candidate, you will be working for the organisation on behalf of one of their large clients, a major rail specialist contractor.

You will be able to demonstrate experience of taking responsibility for delivering projects and possess experience in estimating.
Based out of their Central London office your main duties will include:

Overseeing, coordinating and writing of the technical / commercial submissions.
Overseeing tenders with estimators and planners
Managing the bid submissions from the up front work through to tender and completion
Liaison with the Business Development Manager
PQ\'s, Expressions of interest
Business Development.

The successful candidate will come from a main contractor background and possess construction / civils experience in new build and/or refurbishment in one of the following areas:

Rail platforms
Bridges
Concrete Frames
Ground work

You will possess a proven track record in delivering projects and will be able to demonstrate the ability and initiative to not only work on your own but also as part of a team. Good communicator, with the social skills to motivate a diverse project team with stakeholders at all levels.

Package:

Estimator - Highend Refurbishment (Reference: 1651)

EXPERIENCED ESTIMATOR (HIGH END REFURBISHMENT AND FIT OUT)

We are currently recruiting for Estimators with high end refurbishment and fit out experience to join a growing quantity surveying consultancy, working on behalf of one of their large client specialising in exclusive residential projects ranging from £500,000 to £10 million.

The successful candidate will be experienced in managing their own projects. You will be responsible for:
Organising and planning of tender workloads
Producing cost estimated for resources
Assessment of cost factors and possible impacts on tender costs
Attending client meetings where required.

As the successful candidate you will have gained exceptional experience within a contracting or consultancy background, working on a variety of refurbishment projects.

Salary up to £70,000 plus excellent benefits.

Projects are mainly central London and West End therefore the successful candidate will be working out of offices located in the City of London.

Estimator - Civils (Reference: 1650)

We are currently recruiting for experienced estimators to join a growing quantity surveying consultancy, working on behalf of one of their large client.

Working within a 4 person team reporting into the Estimating Manager main duties will include

Taking of quantities
Preparing and pricing trade packages
Liaison and meetings with planners and designers.

The successful candidate will come from a main contractor background and possess construction / civils experience in new build and/or refurbishment in one of the following areas:

Rail platforms
Bridges
Concrete Frames
Ground work

You will possess a proven track record within a similar role and will be able to demonstrate the ability and initiative to not only work on your own but also as part of a team.

Package:
Salary IRO £50k depending on experience, Non contributory pension scheme, Company car allowance, Private Family Medical cover, Laptop, Mobile and 25 days annual leave.
All projects are in Greater London and successful candidates will work out of the London W1 office.

Knowledge Manager - Low Carbon Sector (Reference: 1645)

A Knowledge Manager is required to join an organisation that focus on accelerating the move to a low carbon economy by working with organisations to reduce carbon emissions and develop commercial low carbon technologies.

Based at their offices in central London you will be required to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive knowledge management strategy, process and system for the organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of a knowledge management strategy which is appropriate to the organisation's business objectives
- Collate internally and externally generated knowledge and develop processes and systems for the distribution of this knowledge
- Work with IT Manager to put in place appropriate systems to facilitate knowledge capture and dissemination
- Liaison across the organisation with key stakeholders and managers to identify knowledge gaps and dissemination opportunities

We are currently recruiting for experienced Quantity Surveyors from a Civil Engineering Background to join a London based consultancy specialising in providing quantity surveying support to clients within the construction and oil and gas industries.

As the successful candidate, you will be working within the growing portfolio of Civils Clients, within the areas of Rail, Highways and Marine defence.

You will be able to demonstrate an aptitude for taking responsibility for delivering projects and being a key contact for clients.

Knowledge of the NEC form of contract is essential, from a contracting or client side perspective.

The successful candidate will possess civils contractor experience within the areas of rail, utilities, highways or marine Defence and a proven track record in delivering projects from a client facing perspective and can demonstrate that they have the ability and initiative to not only work on your own but also as part of a team. Good communicator, with the social skills to motivate a diverse project team with stakeholders at all levels. Ideally you will be Chartered or close to obtaining Chartered status.

Package:
